Check the delivery time in each item description first to end your purchase .

Exchanges and returns will not be permitted for any garments which are personalized either with embroidery or with adjustments to the tailoring or design, nor will we refund these purchases except in cases of manufacturing defects.

In the case of purchases that are not customized ( either with embroidery and/or pattern changes or custom size) exchanges or returns can be made within 15 calendar days after receiving the garment (either by the recipient or a third party).

Change of size

The first size change is free. Via email we will explain how to proceed with this exchange.

Returns

Returns are not accepted on custom garments with embroidery.

Returns may be made within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Any expenses related to the return of the garment are borne by the customer. To proceed with the return process contact us via email at hola@brokenbasics.com specifying the order number and name of the person who made the order.

For Spain and Portugal:

Once you have contacted us we will make arrangements for the collection of your package, remember that it must be in the same condition as when you received it. Once we received the product we will proceed to check that it is in pristine condition and upon confirmation that it is in good condition we will proceed to the refund the amount of the original purchase minus a 12,90 euros expense corresponding to the related price to return said item. The refund of said amount will be made under the terms established in RDL 1/2007, in accordance with the payment method used by the customer. The return will be made within a maximum period of 30 days from the date the product was returned.

 

For the rest of Europe:

The expenses related to the return will be 12.50 euros.

 

Notes:

The colors that appear on your screen may suffer slight variations to their apperance in reality.

Garment adjustments

Once the product is received, the customer may decide that it needs some type of tailoring or adjustment. Tailoring and adjustments are not included in the price of the garment. We can arrange for tailoring of garments if the client considers it appropriate but in no case will the brand assume its cost. If you need to send the garment back for custom tailoring, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
